CTTE Research Cell

Research is an integral part of Higher Education system. Teaching and Research feed each other and travel in parallel lines for effective education. Thus, it is required that research culture is inculcated at the early stage of higher education in students. The CTTE Research Cell provides effective support system in establishing Research-intensive units where students can experience Invention / Innovation-centric learning rather than Information – centric learning.

About the Conference

This conference provides a platform for an in-depth dialogue and analysis of the systemic barriers impeding women’s equitable participation and progress. By fostering a collaborative environment for diverse perspectives and critical insights, the aim is to collectively identify strategies for dismantling these persistent obstacles. Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 5, discussions will centre on understanding and paving the way for the elimination of discriminatory structures, encompassing crucial aspects such as intersectionality, leadership representation and the vital contributions of civil society. A significant focus will be placed on addressing the systemic underrepresentation of women in leadership positions across political, corporate, academic, and other critical sectors. Delving into the multifaceted barriers hindering their ascent, such as unconscious bias, limited access to mentorship and sponsorship, this forum will explore concrete strategies for change. We hope that the dialogues initiated at this conference will create positive ripple effects for all stakeholders involved. This interdisciplinary conference envisions a future where inclusivity and diversity is not only acknowledged but also welcomed and celebrated.
