With an increasing number of companies & startups focusing on keeping up with the growth market trend, & more students graduating every year, there is both demand & competition in the job market. A dedicated Training and Placement Cell ensures our graduates stay ahead of the competition and are capable to meet market’s skill demands.
The Placement Cell takes initiatives to train UG & PG Graduates for placement and takes part in inviting and organizing recruitment drives. The primary objective of the Cell is to facilitate a dialogue between prospective employers and the talent pool the college has cultivated, during which the recruiters can identify suitable candidates for their organization.
Lead by a Placement Officer and student representatives from each department acting as Student Placement Coordinators, the Placement Cell functions around the year, focusing on the below areas.
Placement cell of CTTEWC organizes campus interviews for our recent and soon to be graduates. CTTEWC invites Organizations for Pre Placement Talks during which they are encouraged to give a presentation of their company’s profile, recruitment needs, work culture, compensation package and other pertinent details.
Once the recruitment needs of the industry is brought to the notice of students through the Placement Cell. Followed by a planned selection process as per company norms.
Beyond recruitment-related activities, companies are welcome to engage with our faculty members and explore new areas of collaborative research or consultancy projects.
