The Montessori Teachers Training Programme was organized on 4th February 2025 by the Career Guidance Cell at CTTE College for Women to introduce students to the principles and practices of Montessori education. The session was attended by 87 students from various disciplines.

Tata STRIVE, a skill development initiative of Tata Community Initiatives Trust, offers the FOA course designed to train students in front office operations within the hospitality industry. The course includes 7 weeks of classroom training followed by 4 weeks of on-the-job training, covering key skills such as reservations, guest registration, check-in/check-out procedures, and effective customer communication.
During the session, parents and students were introduced to the course structure, certification, and job placement opportunities available through Tata STRIVE’s industry partnerships. The programme emphasized the growing importance of efficient hiring strategies in today’s competitive job market, where top companies like TCS, Infosys, and Accenture are constantly innovating to attract the best talent. The session highlighted how smart hiring integrates technology, data analytics, and innovative recruitment strategies to create fair and effective hiring processes.
Special attention was given to Accenture’s Smart Hiring Programme, which invited applications from final-year students (Batch 2024–25). The resource person explained the technical knowledge required, step-by-step registration processes, and the documents necessary for successful applications.
Students were also provided with hands-on training on using online tools such as Canva and other platforms for preparing CVs, editing images, and customizing documents—skills that are increasingly valuable in digital hiring environments.
