CTTE College Policies

Commitment to Transparency, Inclusion, Sustainability, and Academic Excellence

Chevalier T. Thomas Elizabeth College for Women is committed to maintaining a transparent, inclusive, and ethically governed academic environment. Our institutional policies provide a clear framework to support quality education, research excellence, financial accountability, environmental responsibility, and inclusive access for all learners.

CTTE Educational Policy

Empowering women through holistic education that integrates academic excellence, character formation, and social responsibility.

CTTE College places strong emphasis on experiential learning, recognising that meaningful education extends beyond the classroom. To support this approach, the institution provides its three college buses free of cost for academic activities such as community service, industry visits and field-based learning. These initiatives enable students to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world contexts, encouraging observation, engagement and reflection.

Alongside academic exposure, the college also organises regular one-day trips within the city and longer educational tours. These experiences contribute to holistic development by fostering social interaction, cultural awareness and collaborative learning. By integrating structured field engagement with recreational travel, CTTE College creates a learning environment where experience, reflection and personal growth go hand in hand.
