Document Submission & Verification

• You have to come with your parent (either father or mother or guardian.)
• The entire documentation process may take time. Come prepared to stay in campus for atleast 2 hours.
• Along with the list of documents specified, you will be required to fill up the following details:

1. 1. Schooling information from Class VI to XII
   2. Blood group
   3. Civic status of school/ native place ( Corporation/Municipality/ Town panchayat/Village panchayat)
   4. Clubs and cells your are interested to enroll ( refer prospectus for details – guidance will be provided)

Note: 

1. 1. If you do not have personal email id, we will assist in creating one. You need to bring your mobile phone for the process. 
   2. You and your parent will be signing a declaration form ( code of conduct, mobile usage policies and anti ragging affidavit ) after going through those documents. 

Please come prepared with all necessary documents and information.

1. Provisional mark sheet
2. Transfer certificate 
3. Conduct certificate
4. Community certificate (except for OC and others)
5. Aadhar card copy 
6. Eligibility and migration certificate (for students from other University/Board/ State)
7. Medical fitness certificate with blood group
8. Other certificates ( achievements in sports and other co-curricular/extra-curricular activities)
9. Passport size photos – 3 nos

Note: Bring 3 Xerox copies of all the above. Original Aadhar and Community certificate will be returned immediately after verification.
