About the Conference

“Shakti to Success: Celebrating Women’s Power and Progress” is a conference that aims to honor the strength, resilience, achievements, and transformative role of women in building an inclusive and progressive society. The conference provides a dynamic platform for academicians, researchers, students, professionals, and social practitioners to engage in meaningful discussions on women empowerment, leadership, education, entrepreneurship, mental health, social justice, and sustainable development.

In today’s rapidly changing world, empowering women is not only a matter of equality but also a necessity for social and economic growth. The conference seeks to create awareness about the challenges faced by women while highlighting inspiring stories of success, innovation, and leadership across various sectors. It also encourages collaborative learning, research, and dialogue that contribute to policy development and community transformation.

The theme strongly aligns with the , particularly SDG 5: Gender Equality, along with SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.   • Format and style – MS Word, Times New Roman, Font size -12 pt with 1.5 line spacing.
  • Papers that qualify for publication will be selected by the Conference Review Committee.
  • Plagiarism check will be done before publishing the research article. Percentage of plagiarism should not be more than 20%.
