About the Conference

The National Conference on “Shakti to Success: Celebrating Women’s Power and Progress” is envisioned as a dynamic platform to celebrate and explore achievements of women in shaping society and driving progress.
The conference particularly focuses on women entrepreneurship as a pathway to financial independence and empowerment. It aims to highlight how women-led enterprises, startups, and small businesses contribute significantly to employment generation, economic development, and social transformation. By addressing challenges such as access to finance, digital inclusion, skill development, and market opportunities, the conference aspires to create meaningful discussions that encourage women to become leaders and innovators by bringing together academicians, researchers, students, entrepreneurs, professionals, policymakers, and stakeholders. The conference aims to foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovative ideas that promote women’s power, progress, and transformative impact on society. This conference further seeks to recognize and strengthen the role of women entrepreneurs in building an inclusive and sustainable future.

  • Papers that qualify for publication will be selected by the Conference Review Committee.
