IQAC – Workshop for Non Teaching Staff

To develop strong work ethics and to differentiate ethical actions and behaviours from the unethical ones, a Workshop on Work Ethics was organised by Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Chevalier T. Thomas Elizabeth College for Women. Resource Person for the workshop was Dr.S.Sridevi, Principal, CTTE College for Women.

Dr. P.J. Queency Asha Dhas, IQAC Co-ordinator, welcomed the participants. Dr.S.Sridevi explained the characteristics of ethical behaviour with ample illustrations of ethical and unethical behaviours. The interactive session enabled the participants to clarify their doubts. This workshop helped to boost the morale of the employees and also to improve the efficiency of their service to the institution. 19 Non-Teaching Staff members of the college participated and benefited from the workshop.
